Stadium Fitness Centre includes a cardio area with the latest model Life Fitness and Blue Fitness machines, a weights area with a full range of pin-load and free weights machines, a 21m running turf, and specific team training equipment such as speed and jump testing facilities. Our "Fit for All Sorts" class runs in the gym space each week and we have recently introduced a specialist lifting programme called "Lift Lab" which runs in the gym space on Saturday mornings.
Off to one side is the Group Fitness Room, which is set up primarily to run a variety of “ARMA” group training classes, including 30 and 45 minute options, throughout the day. We will also run Silver Fitness and group/team training sessions in this space.
Last but not least is the RPM Studio and NC SPorts Recovery Zone which features a Sauna and Cold Water Therapy shower (coming July 2025).
Les Mills RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session.
With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.
RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!

ARMA (formerly known as Revl) is a modern take on HIIT-style circuit classes. Described as a high quality, stimulating, social and fun group training experience, ARMA is a hybrid of several different popular HIIT classes provided at other gyms around the country.
One key different is that ARMA instructors put a particular focus on quality coaching, technique correction and building each participant’s individual strength and fitness.
Different 30 and 45 minute ARMA Strength, ARMA Athletic and ARMA Play classes will be available on a daily basis and will be delivered by our ARMA trained team.
Stadium Fitness Centre was the first gym to franchise ARMA from its base in Wellington.
